Envirotech’s Tasty Thursday- Mom’s Ham and Scallop Potatoes
Salt & Pepper (for taste)
1-Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2-Cans Cream of Celery Soup
1-Cup Chicken Broth (1/2 Can)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel potatoes, slice onions, cut up ham and set aside. Mix soup and broth together in a bowl and set aside.
In a 9X13 pan put a layer of ham, then a layer of potatoes. Add a little salt and pepper and then a layer of onions. Next sprinkle the cup of shredded cheese on top and then repeat the layers again.
After you have two layers of the above pour the mixture of cream of celery soup and chicken broth over the top.
Place in over at 350 degrees for 1 hour (make sure potatoes are ready at this time).
