Envirotech Tasty Thursday- Healthy No Bake Cookies (So Easy My Kids Make Them)
1 Cup Peanut Butter (or we use Cashew Butter also)
3/4 Cup Honey
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil (you can use butter if you prefer)
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
2 1/4 Cups Quick Oats
6 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
Combine first three ingredients in a sauce pan and warm gently on stove top. Next add in the vanilla, oatmeal and cocoa and stir well.
Drop by spoonfuls onto saran wrap laid out on counter and let cool. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
They are super easy to make and my girls make them all the time (of course they also make a mess in doing so). Enjoy!
